Kale is a delicious treat that is perfect cooked or eaten raw. Being rich in nutrients, Kale is the perfect food to indulge in and a great substitute for options high in fat and less nutritious. This vegetable is catching more attention than ever before, and many restaurants are introducing its fibrous roots into dishes for crunchy and flavoral delite. But the best thing is that you are able to prepare this vegetable many different ways. Instead of eating it raw, I am illustrating the wonder of KALE CHIPS!!! Kale chips is an alternative to potato chips and unhealthy snacks. This low-calorie snack is guranteed to satisfy that salty craving without the guilt. Check out how I prepared this dish.

WHAT IS NEEDED?

- Kale

- Olive Oil

- Apple Cider Vinegar

-Garlic Salt

- Pepper

-Parmasan Cheese (Optional)

Preparation for this dish is extremely simple. Just remove the kale from its stem and place on a baking sheet. Oil with olive oil and take two cap full sizes of apple cider vingear and pour over the kale. Mix thoroughly and season garlic seasoning and pepper to your liking. Then place the pan under the broiler for roughly 7 minutes. Place the broiler on low. Enjoy!!!

This quick and easy meal is perfect for all occasions. It is light, satisfying, and ideal for snacking. Alternatives are good for making healthy substitute. Use kale as a substitute for unhealthy snacks and for a green addition to yout meal. Your body won't be able to resist!!!
