Vegetables aren't always the first thing on our plates, but this meal will have your whole plate stacked to the max with pure deliciousness and nutrition. This recipe is nothing short of healthy and is a great alternative to the "common" burger. Despite its simplicity, this meal is packed with flavor, and I cannot wait to share how to make it.
INGREDIENTS

- 1 Zucchini
- 1 cup of Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1/2 can of Black Beans
- Breadcrumbs
- Chia Seeds
- 1 Egg
- 1/2Avocado
FLAVOR/ SEASONINGS
- Garlic Salt
- Minced Garlic
- Black Pepper
- Creole Seasoning
- Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 Lemon
- Horseradish Mustard

PREPARING
The steps to preparaing this meal is quite simple. First, you are going to finely cut the vegetables and place in a reasonable size bowl. Take a cheese grader, and grade the zucchini. After placing the zucchini in the bowl, cut the spinach, tomato, and white onion into small pieces. Also, place them into the bowl. Then pour the black beans into

the bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Breadcrumbs and chia seeds are essential to this recipe because it helps soak up the moisture from the vegetables. Egg helps the mixture stick together and all the ingredients help the mixture to harden in order to form the perfect patty. Dump your breadcrumbs along with the chia seeds and egg into the bowl. Stir thoroughly, and let it cool overnight.

THE FLAVOR
Everyone's tastebuds are different, therefore I don't place specific measurements on my recipes. I want everyone to enjoy the flavor of their food, so measure to your liking. I used all the seasonings listed then squeezed a 1/2 lemon into the mixture. Stir thoroughly.

COOKING
Heat a non-stick pan with olive oil at a medium temperature. Take the mixture and use hands to form a sizable patty. After forming, place patty on the skillet, and cook until golden brown. After heated thoroughly, it is ready to eat. Take a plate and garnish to your satisfaction. Because I wanted to limit the amount of carbs in this meal, I used romaine lettuce as my wrap and topped it with fresh avocado slices seasoned with black pepper. Adding sauce isn't a bad idea. I used horseradish mustard for a hint of spice and tanginess. But remember this is your burger. Keep it simple and flavorful.

IT IS READY TO DEVOUR, SO GRUB ON!!!
