Preparing this dish is extremely easy, and it is the perfect meal for sharing. You all know I am not the one for measuring, so I encourage you to eyeball when seasoning the food because every tastebud is different! Let's move onward with how to prepare this dish.
HOW TO PREPARE
Step 1:
- Oil a pan for heating the vegetables and cooking the meat.
- Fill a medium-sized pot with 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, place squash into bowl and wait until soft.
- Fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Once boiled, place the noodles into the bowl until thoroughly cooked.
Step 2:
- After all ingredients are cut to your satisfaction, saute the onions, garlic and meat until golden brown.
- Place the artichokes, tomatoes and green mix into the pan until reduced. Place heat on low to keep the mixture warm.
Step 3:
-Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water.
-Mix the cooked squash and the vegetables with the pasta and stir thoroughly until mixture is well dispersed.
Step 4:
-Sprinkle a desired amount of parmesan cheese on the dish.
Step 5:
- Plate and ENJOY!
