The most important thing to do in order to live an FITNHEALTHY lifestyle is being ACTIVE! That is why I am glad to provide a video that demonstrates simple but effective exercises to jumpstart your #WorkoutWednesday. The great thing about these exercises is that it can be done in the comfort of your home. They are perfect exericises for beginning your day and warming up your body for the next segment of your workout.
In order to recieve a complete and strengthening workout for your abs and lower back, you must follow the following instructions which are: Do 15 REPS of each exercise, and complete 3 ROUNDS of each exercise. I recommend using a soft surface when completing the workout to protect your bottom and lower back from becoming sore. Lastly, remember to wear a smile and don't be afraid to break a sweat!
