"Snack-a-holics" UNITE!!!

Do you have the late night munchies? Are you constantly snacking on unhealthy and guilty treats? For all of you who are, I have the perfect recipe to serve as a healthy remedy for your growling tummy! ZUCCHINI CHIPS are a great substitute for potato chips and snacks high in sugar and saturated fats. This simple and delicious recipe requires minimal ingredients and time to make. Just follow the steps for making a sizable snack for that time you turn into a SNACK-A-HOLIC!!!

STEP 1:

- Rinse and thinly slice the zucchini.

- Place in a bowl

STEP 2:

- Pour two cap fulls of apple cider vinegar in the bowl and mix thoroughly

STEP 3:

- Neatly place the zucchini slices onto a baking pan covered in foil to reduce sticking.

- Season the zucchini with the salt and pepper to your liking

STEP 4:

- Place the pan in the oven heated to 400 degrees for roughly 15-20 minutes

- Check periodically

STEP 5:

- Take out the oven and ENJOY!

Zucchini is low in calories and contains no saturated fats like other food which makes it the perfect choice for all snack-a-holics. I love to snack especially on sweet and salty treats, and I'm sure you do too. So let's keep a fit kitchen together to maintain that FitnHealthy lifestyle we worked so hard to obtain!
