Yes, it is that day again, and I have another quick & easy way to strengthen your core! Abdominal exercises can be most people's least favorite thing to do, but the exercises come with great benefits. Here are some of the benefits of core exercises.

1) Enhances Balance and Stability

2) Facilitates many physical activities

3) Doesn't require a Fitness Center

Conducting core exercises works to strenghten those tummy, pelvic, hip, adominal, and lower-back muscles, and trains them to work together which will produce a stronger and better you. There are many different types of core exercises that are guranteed to strengthen your core, but let's focus on four exercises that will surely give you the results and satisfaction you are looking for.

What Am I Doing?

- Reverse Crunch

- Spiderman Plank

- Side Twist

- Bicycles

In order to recieve the most out of your exercises, do 15 REPS of each exercise, and complete 3 ROUNDS of each exercise as well. I continue to recommend using a soft surface when completing the workout to protect your bottom and lower back from soreness. Lastly, remember to wear a smile, and don't be afraid to break a sweat!
